“I’ve always been a binge workout person. Getting in great shape, then giving up for some time., then getting back at it again. Mostly the same routine because it was easier to use my familiar exercises (gym machines always scared me). Lack of motivation when I needed it at my “weak: moments had always been my issue, especially during the holidays. When I hired Kenny, he not only showed me new exercises, he taught me how to use the gym equipment and how to properly weight train., while explaining to me how each exercise worked your muscles. He made it so fun, I actually looked forward to every session instead of forcing myself to the gym like I used to. I trained with him once per week and the other days that we didn’t train together, he took his personal time to create and write down workouts personally for me weekly so I would have planned exercises without him and would answer my texts immediately if I had any questions about his program. He check on my routine often to hold me accountable as well. This guy is so passionate about it that it shows in everything he does for his clients and that is why I highly recommend him to everyone who’s looking to get in shape, to reach a certain goal they had but couldn’t, to change their usual workout routine and to change their diet.
